Ive been using this app for years and its great but it needs an aesthetic (at least) revamp.. Its UI needs to be revisited and be refreshed

Great application, I use it a lot ona daily basis...!!! I would give it a 5 star rating though if I could modify the (sub)categories even after I've put entries in them.. For example making a subcategory as a main category or vice versa even if there are entries in them from previous months.
