I requested to cancel my subscription through the app, the app doesn’t allow you to cancel your subscription. So I cancelled through the setting and it said my subscription is canceled, yet i cannot delete my account, they withdrew my money for 1 year even though I don’t want to subscribe. This is a fraud app
