I’ve been a loyal Dropbox user for years, but the lack of accessible customer support has become incredibly frustrating. There is no clear way to speak with someone or get help when you have questions about your account or when you’re trying to upgrade. For a major company, not having a simple, reliable customer service option is disappointing. When users need assistance, especially for billing or account issues, we should be able to reach a real person or at least receive timely support. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience.
