i grind story mode for hours to get cc and everytime i open 10 packs i only get 1 sparking or extremes plz fix the luck

When I’m in the tutorial it keeps on crashing and I have to open the app again,Please fix this as I cant play the game I am even trying saving battery mode but it dosent work if the developers know a way to fix this please respond to me

I know you guys are making this port in quarantine but can you fix the buttons cause when I try to mute phone guy the door closes so please fix it and also the quality of the cams but the games great thank you click team for this great port
