Glovo has to be one of the worst companies to ever come to Uganda. The way they conduct their business is horrible. Their Customer Care helplines and chats are practically useless. They have clueless riders making life very difficult. They will legitimately give you horrible service and have no refund or give you their credits that in the long run aren’t that helpful. You people can do better. Worst of all I know you won’t read or respond to any review. But Glovo is just horrible.

At times I’ll be watching games and it just goes dark I restart the app and it tells me to upgrade to watch and I literally was just watching on my subscription 30 seconds ago. It’s so difficult to use I can’t toggle to where exactly I want to on a past game. Why are there ads for me to purchase league pass when I already did that. Overall having a horrible experience with this. This app needs a lot of work it has so many issues oh my God I get issue after issue. I rather watch the games on bootleg websites than pay for league pass next month 🤦‍♀️
