My flight was cancelled on 17-03-2020, I tried many times to send refund request and in every-time I submit the request a massage appears that the entered name is not matching the registered name, others is received error sometimes other massage telling flight was not cancelled or delayed although I received cancellation notification I sent emails to costumer service but not resolved till this date
