After using this app for a while, i discovered the amount of taxi drivers with white plates that are allowed to use this app. White plated car in Lebanon means they are not approved by the government to be taxi drivers. Also we were informed by drivers themselves that this application doesn’t check drivers papers like crime records and whatnot. Besides, their customer service is very bad, whenever i complained they don’t take any measures
