How BA haven’t fixed this after years of the same issues. You log in “error”. You try booking a flight “error”. Log out, log back in, delete, redownload; only temporarily fixes the issue. BA need to invest in making the app and the website work. The amount of times myself and others book via another site as we just give up attributes to lost revenue for BA which they clearly haven’t prioritized. Get proper people in who can design an app and not just take you to a webpage, and make it work. All other major airlines have working apps bar BA.
