This is even more frustrating than the fasting itself I can’t log in by email because the activation link has never been sent regardless clicking "resend activation email" button for countless times. which mean I never got to see my plan. and it's nonrefundable to cancel the subscription. yet to hear any response from customer care, so yeah what can I say. This app is named SIMPLE yet it can't help me in the simplest way to access the plan that I paid for.
