The app has been nothing but frustrating for me. The set up started already with complicated password management (no passwords app integration) and once it was set up, it used plaid to connect to my bank account. It would fail with “something went wrong” messages. Then it says my account is frozen! I had to contact them and it’s very difficult to do because the options are not clear. It bounced me back and forth between web and app and the chat support option didn’t work at all. Then they needed my ID and I uploaded it.
