Incredible frustrating experience if need to change anything in my booking due to Agoda working with the third party through which they do booking. They're not decision makers and the third party can decline your request. You have no control. They haven't solved my problem after all and took a week!

The app is to serve the company, not its customers. You have to pay high cancellation fees if you ordered a car but your schedule changes while of the driver cancels on you at the last moment and you're completely late now, no one compensate you. So all risk is brought on you, not the company or the irresponsible driver.
