We started using stripe in February without issue. Randomly in May, Stripe said we were receiving too much money and put a 25% hold on our acct, we submitted the last three months of bank acct information, invoices, estimates and completed projects with never having had a dispute in three years and they then put the hold on until July. Then they sent an email holding it until September 13th. We made contact and they asked for the last two years of this information, the agent we spoke with via email and I communicated specifics and he said to take a few days to gather even more information.
