I would like to provide feedback about a recent order. There was no option in the Deliveroo app to collect the order myself, so I went to the shop while the order was being prepared. The staff explained that they could not hand the order directly to me because the delivery rider needed to scan it first. The rider eventually arrived and gave me the order, but then told me they still had to travel to the delivery address because the app required them to complete the delivery there.
