It’s nothing you haven’t seen before, just the same nonsense about the solution being to just pretend your symptoms dont exist/arent a problem. It has a little extra fluff to make it less offensive, so if you haven’t tried that premise before then go for it. But for most of us who have been sick for 5+ years, we know that this approach does not have real evidence behind it.
