I had this app for a long time now. I know that it’s been at least 5 years or longer. Anyway it will no longer let me sign in. I have two different email addresses and have try both of them no results. I even sent forgot password to both emails and never received a response. I also try to set up a new account like just joying the app. But keeps telling me to contact support . There are to many other apps out there to play around with this. I just what my tracking back up and working so I can get back on my weight loss journey and walking motivation.
