I recently downloaded the app as it was advertised that the first ride would be 50% off. However that was not the case when I booked it and I ended up cancelling the ride. However, I was still charged the full amount of $80. I tried again and was quoted $11-$15 for my trip. My taxi ended up getting lost, drove around even though I pinned and shared my exact location via the app features and I was later charged $41. I reached out to the app support on 12/25 and it is now 12/30 and I have yet to hear back or see a refund for the trip. Since this is all trackable, support should be able to see th
