I’m very disappointed with my Tesla purchase experience. The process was filled with mistakes, miscommunication, and unnecessary delays from beginning to end. The software itself was buggy, which made it difficult to complete the purchase. I was initially told I wasn’t eligible for the student program, only to be told later that I was, which caused more confusion. It took five days just to assess my trade-in, an unreasonable delay that slowed everything down. When I tried to register the car under my uncle’s name, the system kept throwing errors that even the advisor couldn’t resolve. Because
