We used to have a good experience, but lately the quality has been terrible. Food is messed up, delivered to the wrong address because of a glitch, or cancelled right before delivery. I’ve had to overpay for too many bad deliveries and there is ZERO customer service. Literally no way to contact anyone at Rappi. Not even a bot, just forms that don’t understand your issue. Too many disappointing dinners and crying children because food never came. Cancelling my subscription and switching to the other delivery apps.
