Hello Telegram, I am experiencing a very frustrating issue regarding cloud storage and downloaded media within the app. Normally, when I download a video (for example, a 1 GB file), it is supposed to remain saved and accessible locally for a long time, unless I manually choose to clear the cache. However, the downloaded videos are being deleted automatically from my device, even though I have plenty of free storage space available. Sometimes they disappear randomly for no reason, and other times, they get deleted the exact moment the download finishes! This is causing a very frustrating experi
