Had the opportunity to help a friend send money to family in Honduras recently. The transaction went very smoothly - process was quick and easy. The name I registered with was slightly (Randy/Randall) different than the name on my credit card. As such, I was asked to call the company. A representative answered the phone on the 1st ring (at 11:00 pm pacific) spoke English and quickly/ professionally confirmed necessary information. Overall - a very good experience.
