The new face scan and ID requirements are a real threat to online security. You can do age verification through safer means. Can’t even buy a pride flag anymore.

Please, STOP forcing every ikea link to open in app. The app is bad, and I want to be able to browse the website instead. Make this behavior an option, don’t force it down our throats.

Whenever I look something up on Google in my browser, Google forces this app open instead. This cannot be legal in the EU. And even if legal it’s despicable behavior.

App keeps changing search criteria. I have a notification I can’t get rid of, yet there’s nothing new in the app. I get notifications saying I got a like, yet no new likes are visible. Chat notifications are often delivered HOURS after the message arrives. Sometimes even after I’ve replied. All in all a very bad UX.

With every update the app gets harder and harder to use. Why do you dislike menus so much, and everything has to be an image instead? Somehow it’s not as bad as the website, as that is even more horrid, but it’s still apt bad that I’ve chosen to do my shopping elsewhere. Please revert to a functional product on both platforms.

I used shop to ship something to a friend in the us. Now the service (web and app) default to that adress and name for every single purchase, despite me having deleted all other addresses on my profile. I ultimately had to delete my account as this service is unusable to me like this. Really bad product.
