I have had my hatch for a few years now (I have the first model for adults). Occasionally it glitches - the sound doesn’t work, or my alarm doesn’t go off. I attribute this to the age of my product. I pay for the hatch membership, and this is where I really take issue. I don’t want to wake up to a rave or a drag queen. I liked the Gilmore girls alarm, but it was taken off the app. There have not been any recent new additions to the alarm options.
