This app is wonderful when it’s working as intended. I’ve been paying the subscription for years and the call recording is crisp and easy to use. They have zero support for their billing and account management, though. In my case, the app said my subscription was expired when it had 8 months left on it. It locks you out of your recordings when it does so, so they made me pay to access my recordings. Support will blame the App Store for the issue, when it’s clearly an account management issue. I would not trust this developer if they can’t accurately see when you’ve been double billed.
