I used Airbnb in Korea and NYC and had the worst customer service experiences in both locations (as well as Pittsburgh). Initially the app worked well, but then many drivers smoke in their cars. There is currently a bug where of the trip is taking more time than expected, the listed pick up time changes to a later time.
