🚫 Worst experience with FlixBus! I cannot recommend this service to anyone. We had purchased tickets, but the driver refused to let us board simply because we wanted to get on at the next stop (on the route where the bus stops anyway!). As a result, our tickets were completely wasted, and we lost our money. To reach our destination on time, we had to buy expensive train tickets. On top of that, the bus itself was delayed. This shows complete disrespect for customers: zero flexibility, zero support — only problems and extra costs. If you value your time, money, and nerves – never use FlixBus.
