I have tried many times, for several years, to use this app in Barcelona, and over 50% of the time I have been told (after waiting way too long and several apology bots) that there are no taxis available. This includes pre-booked taxis that I’ve reserved hours or days in advance. Even then, they only notify that there is no driver AFTER the requested pick-up time. Today, I tried again to get one around midnight and was told there are no taxis available. Of course, just at that moment an available taxi pulled up. Once inside I saw it had a Free Now sticker.
