I use Grab exclusively to book rides to and from locations during travel in Hanoi. If I may make one suggestion, after when rating drivers, the next section is data collection about what I liked about ride/driver. Then it appears there is a submit button. I click submit expecting a tip section after but it’s too late, the tip section is below the ratings, if you want to prioritize driver prosperity over data collection then move the tip section after the stars before the service description buttons. If not perhaps another reminder if no tip was selected then gently suggest a tip after the subm
