I ordered from one restaurant two different orders and the first one was not delivered (it just disappeared from orders section in the app). There’s no way to message the support (as there’s no active orders) and the order history is empty. When I tried to reach the support while the order was active it just sends the automatic message about order status and ends the chat 🤡 Lost 58 BRL for nothing
