This is THE ONE, have tried most (feels like all) tracking apps
After trying every new tracking app, I usually fell back to the one I was most familiar with, MyFitnessPal. When I wanted more nutrient tracking (I.e. more granular vitamin & mineral tracking) MyFitnessPal fell short. The Apple HealthKit integration is great. This is essentially a one-stop-shop, especially after it recently added tracking for intermittent fasting. So now you have an app that tracks your food, water, vitamins, and minerals. Oh, and the iOS widgets are great, as are the Apple Watch complications. On top of all this, the coaching functionality is super informative and helpful. Th
