I have been using this app for years and have enjoyed it for the most part. However, the customer support for any issues I have had has been bad. They take forever to respond and don't give helpful information when they do. I recently asked why the ads kept popping up constantly even after I Xed out because I paid for the full version of this app a long time ago. Their response was to click the X in the corner and it should stop. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Um - that's the point. I've done that several times.
