What is going on? When I click on a channel in the app, all I get is an error message saying it’s having trouble. I have a Roku tv and all the other apps work just fine. The xfinity was working fine until two weeks ago. The app opens and it shows the last channel I opened but when I hit start, I get the dots of death then an error message pops up. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it but it still doesn’t work. My xfinity internet and tv programming works fine on my other television in the living room but not on the Roku tv in my bedroom.
