I should say that your support center is very very bad. First of all, it took more that one day to answer to the chat and second of all, I got robbed from an employee of yours and the support center not even didn’t ask for an apology, but dismissed my issue, as if nothing has happened. Train your chat employees not to be rude and your taxi drivers not to rob your customers by putting extra charges on their own to the end fair at a low demand time zone.
