the united airlines app is very bad. for starters, I cannot write the feedback, as the text has the same colour as the background (white). I wasn't able toncheck in for ominous readons, it's hard to find functionalities, except buying additional services. sorry for my writing mistakes, I cannot see the text (white on white)
