perfection by thread

I called as I had an option to get a refund on partial flight unfortunately it’s a third party so I called this company the lady chewed my brains saying they would not be able to cancel and get partial refund but united itself told me that’s an option , other than that she went on about how it’s a technical error as if I didn’t know I’m sitting in the plane for 2.5 hours waiting !! So annoying and don’t help at all Kylie in the schedule dept !! I’ll have to go to united once I land and see what options I have to cancel the connecting flight if at all we fly today !! Do your job better
