This app is just there to take your money: out of 12 times (at least) that an item (or half of my order once) was missing, I got reimbursed twice or thrice (and not at all for the time half my order was missing). Tonight, they FINALLY told me EXPLICITLY (thanks to the person on the call who was patient and understanding) that you need to actually SHOW THE ITEMS without their packaging, they NEED to SEE THE FOOD. So this was my last order and they just lost a good client. Seriously tired of big companies taking advantage of people and getting richer. Also I know this isn’t even entirely their f
