This app has SO MANY different exercises that you can chose from! I am doing the beginner abs, arms, and lower body. ALL of them seem to do VISIBLE things. It has an extensive test that you go through so they can give you custom courses, guide you, and even predict how long it will take for a weight goal! Let’s say you’re a little bit small in weight (like me) and you want to gain a couple pounds. Well this app HAS. YOU. COVERED. It will tell you in detail what you will be that weight by. I’ve only had this for two days and I’m already ADDICTED. I hope this helps you in your workout journey!
