I’ve had this app for years. Never, ever, ever have I been able to send an email, ask a question of any doctor. The doctors office has tried to reset the app, have had been go in and recreate my profile - nothing. So all of the communication is to me with NO ability to respond. There is no chat, email or phone number to communicate with so I’m just using the app to get the information from my doctors. Very amateur for such an important app… literally every other app allows two-way communication. I just shake my head and move on.
