It is common sense and also law, that you only pay for what you order. And not for things you didn’t order. Deliveroo is the only delivery company that doesn’t care about this. I made 3 requests in total through all contact channels and they all gave me the exact same answer: sorry we can’t help. They repeatedly let me pay for things I didn’t order and didn’t deliver what I ordered. 0 stars for this experience obviously.

As of today 29th April 2023 this app is completely useless. The timing of the captions are as wrong as they could be and editing them is so crazy inefficient, it would be faster to type it myself which makes this app just useless as of now. Very unfortunate.
