This app has a solid interface and easy functionality that I appreciate. However it has become increasingly difficult to get the app to work properly This is especially true for the sms (text messages). Dealing with support is a very slow, painful process as they do not know much about the application or offer solutions. It has been 3 months since the text function has worked. Support drags the process out while the 100s of cookies they deploy seem to work just fine according to my network traffic.
