Hi, I ordered food for my friend’s birthday, but the delivery experience was extremely disappointing. Although the address provided was correct, the driver intentionally went to the wrong location and falsely claimed the address was incomplete. We talked to the driver for 30 minutes! He got the correct address but he insisted that the address showing is wrong. In the end, the food was never delivered, and my friend didn’t receive anything. The driver took food and tips and I haven’t received refund for this order. What’s more concerning is that the delivery profile showed a female driver, but
