I don't understand why I pay for a service if it doesn't seem ok, i choose the wait and save like three times today and you did charge me but make me loose my time bc in the end you cancel the ride bc you can't find a driver and rn im in a 25min ride without AIR CONDITIONER WE ARE AT 30•C do your job and find good vehicles. Wtf.
