Not able to load the customer support window to put in a complaint about intermittent wifi issues and battery performance issues after having the app on my phone for a year. Apple says my battery life was impacted by the vpn and causing intermittent wifi /cellular issues and recommends turning it off which is not possible without uninstalling. GPS freezes in transit and loading of sites takes forever. I don’t have this issue with my other phone that does not have bitdefender installed. Though the app is great at blocking malicious attacks and notifying of occurrences I can barely use apps and
