Took over twenty four Hokies for the app to find a therapist to show me then when it did and I tried messaging it was glitchy finally after I sent theee messages and waited another 24 hrs without response I canceled my subscription and I am deleting the app! I tried 6 times today to reach billing or customer relations only getting a voicemail. I also sent emails to the customer support and still not a single response. Website says Monday thru Friday 8-5or6 one of the two but either way no answer. I am going to keep pursuing my refund since they do not bill monthly but instead yearly
