I love tractor supply and the variety of options, but I’ve ordered from them on the app consistently for 6 years and it’s a problem 90% of the time. The tax exemption doesn’t work, the neighbors rewards don’t work, the same day shipping is never same day, or even the next day—it’s more like 5 days shipping. I wish I could just quickly conveniently use the app, but instead I have to call every time and wait on hold for 30-45 min for every order because there’s a least one issue always. It gives you the option to save your place in line and receive a call back, but I’ve only received 1 call back
