i was signing up for the 6 months promo. it was stated that the price is $12/6month. on my first month i was charged directly. thinking it was a first and only payment, i did not notice anything unusual. until it charged me on the 2nd month. i immediately cancel my subscription but they said my subscription will remain active until the end of my commitment period.. this is so unfair and very frustrating!
