App was working fine until my account got blocked for no reason whats so ever and payed twice for a pick up, this app also happened to not have any kind of Capcha or Tech Support team

I got the app just to expose how bad the delivery service is. I stayed home all day because my package was supposed to be delivered. Waited 12 hours and I get a message saying that I wasn’t home and that I missed the delivery. Didn’t even ring the bell, nothing… This is not the first time and I heard i was not the only one, people should be able to report this kind of incident and the person delivering should be hold accountable for their mistakes. They did not even leave a letter in my mailbox claiming that i missed the delivery, avoid at all cost.
