I booked a ride in the morning to pick me up in the afternoon to get me to the doctor. Nobody showed up, just 15 minutes later I got the message Unfulfilled. I had to make last minute arrangements and finally I missed my doctor’s appointment. They should have notified much earlier of their inability to respond. I’m not using it again

On iPhone 15 iOS 17.1.1 it keeps on asking me to reboot in order to work properly. Also keeps on prompting for a subscription. I’m using a version I already paid many years ago.

It's a pity. I've regretted paying for this app. It cannot even identify popular songs for quite some time now!
