I recently visited the Oysho store at Marmara Park, Istanbul, and unfortunately had a very negative experience. I spent a considerable amount of time selecting items, but when I went to pay, my card didn't work. Instead of being understanding and patient, the employee handling my transaction became visibly frustrated, threw my card back at me, and took the bag of items from me in a very rude manner. I felt humiliated and disrespected by this behavior. Customer service is an essential part of the shopping experience, and I hope the store management takes this feedback seriously and provides bet
