I’ve used Cap One Shopping for years and while I’ve gotten a good amount of cash back and sometimes they have good promo codes, there is one glaring flaw—they often don’t credit anything or even acknowledge a transaction occurred. It’s happened several times in the last few weeks—big percentages of promised cash back, too—with Harry’s, HR Block, Chewy, and CVS. I should have gotten 20% back and more (Harrys and CVS were 40) but the transactions never showed up. Now, that may be b/c the merchants don’t report them properly, but still, you plan on getting that discount, and then *nothing.* Capit
