I never make reviews but this app does exactly what it says. it's perfect because you dont notice it until you *have* to. no payments needed, even tho there is a premium they don't push it. it's much better than the apple limit feature and it's encouraging. I've stopped mindlessly going on social media and now not only do I spend less time there, but its mindful, I speak to my friends and learn new stuff <3 thx Opal
